Strengthening the churches: HOW?

As a pastor for almost 48 years I suppose I have walked through most of the things a younger pastor may experience. How I would love to come alongside that pastor and both encourage and equip. One thing available here is a number of teaching/counseling outlines free for the taking. They cover a number of subjects and can easily be used to supplement personal counseling as homework. Enjoy!
